2. Information, not an offer

Specifications, savings, paybacks, rates of return and prices on this site, in the estimator and in the Savings Studio are indicative. They depend on assumptions that are stated beside them and on your site's own data. They are not an offer, a quotation or financial, tax or legal advice. A binding offer is made only in a signed proposal or agreement.

3. Specifications

Product specifications are taken from manufacturer documents and may change. The datasheet and agreement for your project govern.

4. Intellectual property

The text, images, software and design of this site belong to AMPROTEQ or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our products. Images marked “Visualisation” are illustrations of our products, not photographs of installed projects.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, AMPROTEQ is not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative information on this site, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
